Currently our boxes are curated based on seasonal availability. However, you can note preferences or allergies during signup, and we will accommodate where possible. Full customisation is planned for late 2025.
No problem. During signup, you nominate a safe delivery location such as a porch, garage, or with a neighbour. Our drivers leave boxes in insulated packaging that maintains freshness for several hours.
Email us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery. You can pause for up to eight weeks or cancel anytime with no fees. Reactivation is equally simple.
We are actively expanding coverage. Currently we serve greater Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. Regional expansion is underway with Hamilton and Tauranga expected by mid-2025.
